WR2300L pavement Road cold recycler machine is the latest improvement of our company.         This section is a dedicated line for a quarry plant. Due to the heavy load requirements of the crushed stone transport vehicles, the original roadbed was made of three layers, and the lowest layer was a lime soil roadbed, with two layers of cement stabilization layers, each 20 cm thick. The surface layer is an asphalt surface layer of 5 cm. The specific construction technology is to mill the upper two layers of water-stable layers in two layers and transfer the debris, lay cement on the lowest soil-grade subgrade, and perform Road cold recycler construction. The difficulty of this construction requirement is that the strength of the two-layer water stable layer is very high, which is a test for the cold milling function of the machine. As a result of the actual construction, both the machine owner and the engineering contractor were very satisfied with the performance of the machine. Other contractors on similar roads came to visit and book and requested to continue to lease the machine for construction.

        The verification of the cold-milling and cold-recycling of Zhumadian's water-stable base course shows that our latest WR2300L pavement cold-recycling machine has passed the application test, and various technical indicators have met the design requirements, and its comprehensive performance is at the leading domestic level.
