This section of the road is different from previous road overhauls in that the section of this line is 14.7 kilometers Asphalt concrete cold recycling technology is used. This technology requires low conditions. As long as there are more than 40% of the granules in the mixed material and the diameter is greater than 5 mm, it will basically meet the regeneration treatment. The large aggregate is the skeleton structure that forms the recycled base layer or the base layer. It is also the main component of the bearing capacity of the grassroots. The construction of the base course with cold recycled materials can also reach the mechanical properties of road materials.

Due to the stone material in Pingdingshan area, the cold recycling construction on this section can be said to be the "best knife sharpening" cold recycling project we have encountered. In addition to a WR2300L in the east section, and another standard section near Baofeng County on the west side, there is a fully-electrically controlled 600-horsepower cold recycler WR2300E produced by our company. The strength of this construction section is higher than that in the east, so The construction speed is slightly slower than the other WR2300L. Generally, it can only run four meters in one minute, and some super-hard sections are even less than 3 meters. At the beginning of the construction of this machine, the hardness of this section was underestimated. On the first day, excessive tool wear caused damage to the tool magazine. There was a section of road that was less than 700 square meters and consumed more than 100 cement knives. In this section alone, the rental fee is far from enough. However, compared with other cold recyclers that have been dry or tried, our WR2300E has shown obvious advantages. Some cold recyclers of other brands are unable to move, and some are unbearably worn. According to statistics, five cold recyclers have been "dry-run" on this section. The earliest were two 600-horsepower cold recyclers produced by large domestic companies from Zhoukou. The third one is an imported 2500, which runs 3 meters in one minute. As mentioned in the previous article, it took 3,000 square meters in 4 days, and the engine water temperature was still high, and the owner was unwilling to leave and exit. The fourth is a 600 cold recycling machine from a large domestic company. The trailer truck pulled the machine, got out of the car to test the knife, couldn't move, and went directly to the trailer truck. The fifth one is an imported 2000-type cold recycling machine. The main machine worked for a day, interrupted two cutter bars, and lost 37 tool magazines with the interruption of the abrasive belt. The accessories of this imported machine are valuable. The site was unwilling to bear this kind of waste, the owner of the aircraft said nothing, and took the plan. Although other cold recycling machines are like a marquee replacement, this WR2300E of our company is not afraid of severe road conditions and insists on completing the project.
